The Client Challenge (The "Why"):
TRUE Clothing rented our Mirror Booth for an event celebrating their collaboration with the San Francisco 49ers. For the event the client requested custom photo overlays that were inspired by sports trading cards.
The NPS Ecosystem (The "How"):
Taking inspiration from trading card designs. We prepared 4 custom overlay options for the photobooth using the colors of the 49ers. The overlays included custom stats and bios that were tailored to the 49ers and their fans.

The AI Workflow:
We deployed two distinct AI features for True. First, an AI Persona Swap allowed guests to be transformed into a 49ers player, a classic water boy, or a "super-fan." Second, we introduced AI Line-to-Life, where guests’ hand-drawn sketches or signatures were instantly rendered into professional-grade digital street art. This gave True’s audience a personalized piece of the brand’s "authentic" legacy to take home.
